The SP3220EUEA-L/TR is an RS-232 driver/receiver designed for portable and handheld applications, operating from a power supply range of +3.0V to +5.5V. It meets EIA/TIA-232-F standards and is interoperable with RS-232 and V.28 at +2.7V. This device supports high serial data rates, achieving up to 1Mbps. It features a low power shutdown mode, reducing supply current to less than 1µA when inactive.
