It can withstand higher concentrations of strong acid (hydrochloric acid) and strong alkali (potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide), and can withstand 500 degrees of burning in the air and 200 degrees of water heat in strong acid and alkali. The macroscopic appearance is cloth-like, and it can also be made into fiber.
