The MASWSS0129 is a GaAs broadband DPDT diversity switch designed for applications in WLAN IEEE 802.11a and b/g systems. It operates across a frequency range of DC to 6.0 GHz, providing low insertion loss of 0.7 dB at 2.4 GHz and 1.0 dB from 4.9 to 6.0 GHz. The switch features high isolation levels of 43 dB at 2.4 GHz and 30 dB at 4.9 to 6.0 GHz, ensuring minimal signal interference. This device is built using a 0.5 micron gate length GaAs PHEMT process, which enhances its performance and reliability. It is packaged in a compact 3 mm 12-lead PQFN format, making it suitable for applications where space and cost are critical. The MASWSS0129 is also RoHS compliant and utilizes a lead-free, halogen-free mold compound, aligning with environmental standards. With a fast switching speed and the ability to handle high power levels (up to +31 dBm at 3 V control), this switch is ideal for systems requiring rapid signal routing and high linearity. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +85¬8C, making it versatile for various environmental conditions.
