Macawber Group Pneumatic Conveyor Denseveyor

Description
The Denseveyor is a low-velocity, dense-phase pneumatic conveying transporter. It can easily convey tens of thousands of different materials using compressed air and a Dome Valve. Dust-less, fully enclosed conveying system that is economical and environmentally sustainable. Fully automatic operation on a as-needed basis; machine rests when not signaled to operate. Advanced conveying air controls for difficult to handle materials. Key Features: Low-velocity, dense-phase pneumatic conveying system that uses the least air for conveying. Air consumption is the chief measurement for energy consumption. Dust-less, enclosed operation keeps the environment clean. No more dust spillage. Low material velocity (compared to dilute phase), means far less wear and lower maintenance requirements. Controls are integrated and automated; the machine only operates when signaled. Remains at rest when not in use. Material-to-air ratio is higher than with dilute phase. This is another indication of efficiency. Proven design and technology, first developed in 1974.

Datasheet Summary
Powered by GS/AI

The Denseveyor is a low-velocity, dense-phase pneumatic conveyor designed for the efficient transport of various materials, including abrasive, hot, and wet substances. It operates using a patented Dome Valve, which allows for reliable sealing and filling of the pressure vessel without the need for level probes or outlet valves. This design minimizes wear on the piping system and reduces air consumption, making it an economical choice for conveying applications. The Denseveyor can handle a wide range of materials, such as coal, fly ash, raw and prepared foods, chemicals, and alternate fuels. Its unique conveying principle maintains a high phase density, typically between 30 and 150, which is crucial for reducing air requirements and ensuring gentle handling of fragile materials. The system is capable of operating under various conditions, with temperature ratings from -160¬8F to 900¬8F and pressure ratings up to 600 psig. Engineers considering the Denseveyor will benefit from its low maintenance requirements, as the Dome Valve is rated for up to 500,000 cycles between inspections. The system's simplicity and efficiency make it suitable for applications where material degradation and energy consumption are critical factors.
