The PLA143 is a single-pole, normally open solid state relay with a 600V blocking voltage and 100mA rms load current capability, designed for AC/DC switching applications using optically coupled MOSFET technology. It features 4000V input-to-output isolation, a maximum on-resistance of 50 Ω, and requires a 2mA input control current. The device is available in a 6-pin DIP package with dimensions of 9.144 × 7.620 × 3.302 mm and is UL, CSA, and TÜV certified. It has a turn-on and turn-off time of 5 ms maximum and output capacitance of 50 pF at 50V. The relay operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and meets FCC and VDE compatibility standards.
