The PD2601 is an AC solid state relay with zero-crossing detection, designed for switching AC loads up to 1 A rms at voltages up to 260 V rms. It features a 4-pin DIP package with a body size of 19.202 mm in length and 7.620 mm in width, and is compatible with PCB mounting. The device provides 3750 V rms input-to-output isolation, 600 V peak blocking voltage, and a 1.2 V rms on-state voltage drop at 1 A. It operates from -40°C to +85°C and meets UL, CSA, and VDE safety standards. The relay has 5 mA nominal input current sensitivity and is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels.
