The LSR-230 is a current monitoring relay designed for use with 230VAC systems. It can monitor current levels for applications such as feed rates, tool wear, and overload or underload conditions, making it suitable for various industrial machinery including pumps and chillers. The device features a current adjustment range from 0.5A to 135A, with a trip setpoint that can be adjusted to within ¬±1%. It incorporates a current transformer and Form C (SPDT) relay contacts, allowing it to switch alarm circuits or control contactors. The LSR-230 is equipped with a 20-turn potentiometer for fine adjustment and includes status LEDs for operational feedback. It has a maximum continuous current rating of 135A and is designed to operate within a temperature range of -20¬8C to 70¬8C. The relay's output contact rating is 480VA at 240VAC for pilot duty and 10A for general purpose.
