The LCB110 is a single-pole, normally closed solid state relay using OptoMOS technology for 3750V rms input-to-output isolation, with a maximum blocking voltage of 350 V and a continuous load current of 120 mA rms or 200 mA DC. It features a 6-pin DIP package, low on-resistance of up to 35 Ω in AC/DC configuration, and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The device is UL recognized, CSA certified, and complies with TUV EN 62368-1. It generates no EMI/RFI and requires a control current of 5 mA to activate.
