LCA125STR is a 6-pin surface mount solid state relay with 300 V blocking voltage and 170 mA rms load current, designed for DC and AC switching applications. It provides 3750 V rms input-to-output isolation using OptoMOS technology, with a maximum on-resistance of 16 Ω. The device features no EMI/RFI generation, UL, CSA, and TUV approvals, and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. It is packaged for tape and reel handling with 1,000 units per reel and complies with EIA-481-2 tape dimensions.
