The IXFA30N25X3 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for switch-mode and resonant-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, PFC circuits, and motor drives. It is packaged in a TO-263 surface-mount case measuring 10.16 mm × 9.65 mm with a drain tab. The device has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 250 V, a continuous drain current of 30 A at 25°C, and a maximum on-state resistance of 60 mΩ at 10 V gate bias. It is rated for avalanche energy of 300 mJ and can withstand a peak gate-source voltage of ±30 V. The part meets AEC-Q200 qualifications and is RoHS compliant.
