The HRDR330A0R is a recycling timer combining an electromechanical relay and microcontroller timing circuitry, designed for direct control of heavy loads such as compressors, pumps, and heaters. It operates on 24VDC with externally adjustable ON and OFF time delays ranging from 0.1 to 10 seconds, configured for on-time first sequencing. The unit features SPDT non-isolated contacts rated for 30A at 125/240VAC resistive loads and 20A at 28VDC, with a bypass/reset switch for manual intervention. It is mounted via a single #10 screw, measures 76.7 mm H x 51.3 mm W x 38.1 mm D, and uses 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick-connect terminals. The circuitry is encapsulated, with operating temperature range of -40°C to 60°C and humidity tolerance up to 95% non-condensing. Repeat accuracy is ±0.5% or ±20ms, whichever is greater.

Operation (Recycling with Reset Switch)Upon application of input voltage, the ON time T1 begins and output relay energizes. At the end of the ON time, the output relay de-energizes and the OFF time T2 begins. At the end of the OFF time, the output relay energizes and the cycle repeats as long as input voltage is applied. Some recycling timers have the OFF time as the first delay.Reset: Removing input voltage resets output and time delays, and returns sequence to the first delay.
