The DCNLM50NB12 is a 60V DC maximum, normally open, single-coil contactor relay with a 50A continuous current rating and a 12V coil voltage, designed for stationary applications such as communication power supplies and uninterruptible power supplies. It features non-polarized main contacts, side mounting, and an ingress protection rating of IP40. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +70°C. The main contacts have a maximum voltage drop of ≤50mV at 50A, and the relay supports a dielectric withstand voltage of 1000V AC with an insulation resistance of ≥50MΩ at 500V DC. Electrical life is rated at 6000 cycles at 48V DC, and mechanical life is 100,000 cycles. Terminal torque recommendations are 4-5 N·m for contact terminals and 1.7-2.5 N·m for coil terminals using M4 bolts.
