The DCNLM100NB48-01 is a 100A continuous current, normally open, single-pole single-throw DC contactor relay with a 48V DC dual-coil, designed for side mounting in stationary applications such as communication power supplies and uninterruptible power supplies. It features non-polarized main contacts rated for up to 60V DC and a maximum short circuit current of 800A at 48V DC. The relay has an electrical life of 6,000 cycles, mechanical life of 100,000 cycles, operates from -40°C to +70°C, and complies with IP40 ingress protection. Coil pickup voltage is 8.4V DC, dropout voltage is 1V DC, and hold current is 0.15A at 25°C with a coil power of 9W. The contact voltage drop is ≤80mV at 100A. The unit is mounted using M6 bolts with a torque of 4-6N·m for terminals and M4 bolts with 1.7-2.5N·m for coil terminals.
