The DCNLJ Series is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for switching applications in communication power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, and industrial systems. It features a single-pole, single-throw, normally open contact arrangement with a continuous current rating of 250 A and is available in configurations rated for 48 V typical (60 V max) or 96 V typical (110 V max). The relay has a 12 V DC coil, operates from -40 °C to +85 °C, provides IP40 ingress protection, and uses a side-mounted industrial footprint. Non-polarized models are available for 48 V applications. Electrical life is rated at 100,000 operations under rated load, and the contact voltage drop is ≤50 mV at 100 A.
