The DCNLJ Series is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for switching applications in communication power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), industrial machinery, and vehicle systems. It features a single-pole, single-throw normally open contact arrangement with a continuous current rating of 250A. Two voltage variants are available: non-polarized contacts rated for 48V typical (60V max) and polarized contacts rated for 96V typical (110V max). The coil voltage is rated at 12V DC. The device has an IP40 ingress protection rating, operates from -40°C to +85°C, and features a side-mounting configuration with a weight of 776g. Electrical life is rated at 100,000 operations at rated load, and mechanical life at 3,000,000 operations.
