The DCNLEV100-ESN is a side-mount, high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay rated for 100A continuous carry and 750V DC, designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features non-polarized load terminals, a 48V DC nominal coil voltage with a working range of 33-52V DC, and a maximum coil inrush current of 122mA. The device has an IP67 ingress protection rating, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and uses M5 silver-plated copper terminals with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm. It is packaged in a nylon UL 94-V0 housing measuring 46mm x 53mm x 53mm, mounted with M4 bolts at 2.3 Nm torque, and weighs 0.19 kg. The contactor is SPST-NO, has a mechanical life of 200,000 cycles, and is certified under UL File No. E510407 and IATF16949 for automotive quality systems.
