The DCNLEV100-EASN is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, featuring a 48V DC nominal coil voltage, non-polarized load terminals, an auxiliary contact, and a side-mount configuration. It supports 100A continuous current and 750V DC operating voltage with SPST-NO contact arrangement. The unit is sealed to IP67, operates from -40 to 85°C, and has a compact size of 46mm x 53mm x 53mm. Mounting torque is 2.3 Nm (20 in-lb), and contact torque is 3.4-4.5 Nm (30-40 in-lb). The auxiliary contact is rated for 2A at 30V DC and 3A at 125V AC. It is certified under UL File No. E510407 and manufactured under IATF16949.
