The DCNLEV100-CSN is a side-mount, high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay rated for 100A continuous carry and 750VDC, designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features non-polarized load terminals, a 24V DC nominal coil (16-28V DC working range), and SPST-NO contact configuration. The unit has an IP67 ingress protection rating, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and measures 46mm x 53mm x 53mm. Mounting torque is specified at 2.3 Nm (20 in-lb), with terminal torque between 3.4 and 4.5 Nm. It is certified to UL File No. E510407 and manufactured under IATF16949. The contactor includes auxiliary contacts rated at 2A at 30VDC or 3A at 125VAC, and mechanical life is rated at 200,000 cycles.
