The DCNLEV100-CAS is a side-mount, high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay rated for 100A continuous current and 750VDC, designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features a 24V DC nominal coil (16-28V DC operating range), polarized load terminals, and an auxiliary contact rated for 2A at 30VDC or 3A at 125VAC. The device has an IP67 ingress protection rating, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and uses M5 silver-plated copper terminals with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm. Its housing is nylon UL 94-V0 rated, and it meets UL File No. E510407 recognition. Physical dimensions are 46mm x 53mm x 53mm, with a mounting torque of 2.3 Nm. The relay is SPST-NO, sealed with gas to mitigate arcing, and is manufactured under IATF16949 certification.
