The DCNEVT150-CS is a side-mounted, high-current DC contactor relay rated for 150A continuous carry and 450VDC nominal voltage, with a 24VDC nominal coil and 18-28VDC operating range. It features a SPST-NO contact configuration, IP54 ingress protection, and operates from -40°C to 85°C. The terminal connections use M6 silver-plated copper with a contact torque of 5-6 Nm, and the housing is constructed from nylon UL 94-V0. Mounting is achieved with M5 bolts at 3-4 Nm torque. The contactor is designed for automotive applications under IATF16949 and is UL recognized (File No. E510407).
