Littelfuse, Inc. Central Office Line Card Access Switch IC (LCAS) CPC7695ZC

Description
The LCAS product family consists of monolithic ICs that contain high-voltage switches for tip and ring line break, power ringing, line test access, test in access, and ringing generator testing. They provide the necessary functions to replace all 2-Form-C electromechanical relays on analog and combined voice/data line cards found in Central Office, Access, and PBX equipment. The LCAS product is enabled by unique high-voltage Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process technology. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art fab in Beverly, MA, the LCAS line provides the foundation for a multitude of silicon solutions that enable low-power, high density line cards. The CPC769x family of LCAS devices features improved dV/dt immunity of 1500V/μs. Small 20 and 28 Pin Surface Mount SOIC Solid-State Reliability Low, Matched On-Resistance Built-in Zero-Cross Switching Impulse Noise Reduction Integrated Circuit Limiting, Thermal Shutdown and SLIC Protection Robust Power Cross and Lightning Surge Performance Ultra-low Power consumption of < 10mW
