The 48525-BX is a 9-12 V, 85 A Smart Battery Isolator for automotive battery management, designed to prevent auxiliary battery drain and enable bidirectional charging from alternators or shore power. It features an LED status indicator, activates only when the primary battery reaches 13.2 V, and supports optional start assist via a momentary switch. The device has a black thermoplastic base with a plated steel housing, IP67 protection for the electronic module, and 5/16-24 copper stud output terminals.
