The 111-Insider-P is a single-phase pump monitor designed for submersible pump systems, fitting inside control boxes for 1/3 to 1/2 hp, 115 V ac motors. It protects against dry-well, dead-head, jammed impellers, rapid cycling, overvoltage, and undervoltage conditions by disconnecting the motor and initiating a user-selectable restart delay. The device features an adjustable dry-well trip point from 70% to 90% of the calibrated run power, overcurrent trip at 125% of the calibration point, and output contact rating of 1/2 hp at 120 V ac (17 A max.). It operates with 50/60 Hz input, has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 55 °C, and includes an IR communications link for diagnostics via the Informer tool. The unit is certified to UL 508 and C22.2 No. 14 and weighs 10 oz.
The 111-Insider-P provides single-phase protection for submersible pumps with an input voltage of 115 V ac and input load range from ⅓–½ hp. Its output load rating is ½ hp @ 120 V ac (17 A maximum).
