Reverse polarity MCX connectors have the same tooling as standard MCX miniature connectors, but the contact pins are reversed to comply with FCC Part 15 requirements. Their small size (30% smaller than SMB connectors) and snap-on connection are ideal for dense packaging arrangements such as those in GPS and automotive applications. They provide repeatable electrical performance from DC to 6GHz.
