Linear Systems JFETs SST440 SOIC 8L

The SST440 SOIC 8L is a monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifier in an 8-pin SOIC package, designed for high common-mode rejection and low gate leakage. It has a maximum power dissipation of 500 mW, a gate-to-source breakdown voltage of -25 V, and operates over a junction temperature range of -55 to +150 °C. The device features a common mode rejection ratio of at least 85 dB and gate leakage current no greater than 1 pA. The SOIC package dimensions are 0.150 to 0.157 inches in body length and 0.189 to 0.196 inches in body width.
