Linear Systems JFETs SST403 SOIC 8L-TB

The SST/U401 through SST/U406 are monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifiers designed for low noise and low drift applications. They are available in SOIC-8 packages measuring 0.150 inch by 0.100 inch. Each device has a maximum gate-to-source voltage of 50 V, a maximum power dissipation of 300 mW at 25°C, and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The U403 variant exhibits a typical temperature drift of 10 µV/°C, a typical transconductance of 1000 µS at 200 µA, and a typical input noise voltage of 6 nV/√Hz at 10 Hz.
