Linear Systems acquired the Siliconix Lateral DMOS FET Switch Product Line. Parts are the same maskset, process and exact pin-for-pin replacement. All single devices are available in the TO-72 4L and SOT-143 4L package, as well as tested die. All quad devices are available in the PDIP 16L, S/B DIP 16L, SOIC 14L and SOIC 16L package, as well as tested die.
