The LS842 is a monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifier designed for low noise and low drift applications. It is packaged in a TO-71 case with six leads. The device features a typical gate-source offset voltage of 25 mV, a maximum temperature drift of 40 μV/°C, and a typical voltage noise density of 10 nV/√hz at 1 kHz with 200 μA drain current. It supports a maximum gate-to-source voltage of 60 V and a maximum power dissipation of 400 mW at 25°C. The input capacitance is typically 4 pF, and the common mode rejection ratio is 100 dB for drain-source voltages between 10 V and 20 V. The operating junction and storage temperatures range from -55°C to +150°C.
