The LS3954 is a monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifier designed for low noise and low drift applications. It is housed in a TO-71 package and supports a maximum junction temperature of +150°C. Each transistor has a gate-to-drain or source voltage rating of 60V, with a maximum total power dissipation of 400mW at 25°C.
