Linear Systems Bipolar Transistor Arrays IT130A SOIC 8L ROHS

The IT130A is a monolithic dual PNP transistor array in an 8-pin SOIC package, designed for matched transistor applications. It shares a 26 × 29 mil top-view outline with the IT130 series, features a collector-base voltage rating of -45 V, collector-emitter voltage of -45 V, and a maximum power dissipation of 250 mW at 25°C on one side. DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 200 at -10 μeA and 225 at -1.0 mA, with collector saturation voltage not exceeding -0.5 V. The device operates from -55°C to +150°C and meets RoHS compliance. Matching characteristics include base-emitter voltage differential of 1 mV max and base current differential of 2.5 nA max at -10 μeA.
