Linear Systems JFETs 4393DFN 8L

The 4393DFN is an 8-pin DFN surface-mount N-channel JFET switch designed for low on-resistance and fast switching applications. It features a 2.0mm × 2.0mm package with an exposed pad, rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and continuous power dissipation of 300mW. The device has a gate-to-source breakdown voltage of -40V, a drain-to-source on-resistance of up to 100Ω at VGS = 0V and ID = 1mA, and a typical turn-on time of 6ns and turn-off time of 13ns under standard switching conditions. It operates with a gate-to-source cutoff voltage range of -0.5V to -3V and a saturation current of 5mA at VDS = 20V and VGS = 0V.
