General Formulations VFWXL-NTC-RD is a 3.5-mil flexible polymeric matte opaque vinyl film coated with a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# lay flat liner. This vinyl film is a high quality opaque matte white with excellent outdoor durability. The high performance acrylic adhesive is designed to bond to a variety of substrates such as billboards, metals, and most plastics while offering good exterior performance. CBS Outdoor approved for billboard applications.
