The Lapp SKINTOP - 53112910 is a a nickel-plated cable gland of brass with a NPT connecting thread especially designed for copper-screened cables. It is used to achieve a low-resistance screen contact, strain relief and high protection class. Tha Lapp Skintop MS_SC NPT 3/8" - 53112910 offers a 3/8" NPT back thread, and CR sealing insert, and is capable of sealing cables of diameter 4,5-10mm. This gland is not qualified for cases twisting a gland after inserting the cable (e.g. circular connectors).
