The 4051PA51H01200 is a fabric-over-foam EMI gasket designed for effective electromagnetic interference shielding. It features a soft polyurethane foam core wrapped in electrically conductive fabric, ensuring low surface resistivity of less than 0.07 Oc/,ñ°, which contributes to its excellent conductivity. The gasket is UL 94V0 rated and halogen-free, complying with RoHS standards. It offers a shielding effectiveness of over 100 dB across a wide frequency range, making it suitable for various applications including medical equipment, networking devices, and telecommunications cabinets. This gasket can be customized with different cross-section profiles such as rectangle, D, C, P, T, and more, and can be die-cut or notched to meet specific application requirements. It is available with either conductive or non-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive options, and the fabric is designed to resist abrasion, maintaining electrical performance even after extensive use. The operational temperature range is from -40¬8C to 70¬8C, and it has a shelf life of 12 months under standard conditions.
