XPert Filtered Balance Stations are designed to protect the user during powder weighing operations. Ducting to an outside blower is required. Patented features include an ergonomic air foil with Clean-Sweep openings to enhance airflow and a zone-perforated rear baffle that creates horizontal laminar airflow to maximize containment. Exclusive features include: 23.4" deep interior to accommodate large micro and analytical balances; upper containment sash foil; upper dilution air supply; side-entry air foils; and true bag-in/bag-out filter disposal system. Other features include: epoxy-coated aluminum and steel construction; 99.99% efficient exhaust HEPA filter; pressure gauge; upper diffuser screen; fluorescent lamp and switches for light and remote blower; 1/4" thick tempered safety glass front sash and sides; ergonomic 10° angled and hinged pivoting sash with wiping seal; two utility ports; 6.06" ID exhaust collar; and independently-verifi ed particulate containment.
