Anti-Cytokeratin 10 (SP99) Rabbit Monoclonal Primary Antibody is directed against the 56.5kD member of the type 1 cytokeratin family, cytokeratin 10. Cytokeratin 10 is expressed in keratinizing stratified epithelia, but is absent from the basal layer, in various organs including the skin. Anti-Cytokeratin 10 (SP99) exhibits a cytoplasmic staining pattern and may be used to aid in the identification of well differentiated squamous carcinomas of the cervix and anus.
