This antibody cocktail reagent detects microphthalmia transcription factor (MITF) proteins 52-56 KD of MITF expressing cells in normal and neoplastic tissues. This antibody is used in the identification of melanotic lesions such as malignant melanoma and melanotic neurofibroma.
