CONFIRM anti-IGF-1R (G11) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody produced against a synthetic peptide from the internal domain of the beta chain receptor near the carboxy terminal region and binds to the IGF-1R epitope in paraffin embedded tissue sections. IGF-1R is a type 2 tyrosine kinase receptor that shares a 60% homology at the amino acid sequence level with Insulin Receptor (IR).
