Ventana’s OptiView Amplification Kit (OptiView Amplification) can only be used with Ventana’s OptiView IHC DAB Kit and provides a significant increase in sensitivity without sacrificing specificity. OptiView Amplification builds on the proprietary, non-endogenous hapten system used in the OptiView base kit. The exclusive OptiView software provides increased control over the OptiView Amplification components allowing optimization in intensity while minimizing primary antibody incubation times.
