These shielded field terminable Category 5e rated plugs are specifically designed for larger gauge Profinet cables. Available in straight or right angle versions. The angled version can be set at any 90° or 45° increment during termination. Termination is quick, easy and instructions are included with each connector. These are perfect for creating high-performance cables in the field. An optional hand tool is recommended in HT-TSPFT but is not required. • Recommended for cables with an overall diameter of 0.24" to 0.33" (6.0-8.5mm)
• Temperature range -40°C to 68°C; Durability: 1000 mating cycles minimum; IP20 rating; Cable to plug tensile strength: 20 LBS (89N) minimum
• IDC termination is simple and predictable; recommended for use with 22-23 AWG solid wire
• Terminating more than one plug? Optional hand tool HT-TSPFT is recommended to make consistent and quick terminations but is not required
