They feature oil, chemical and ultra-violet resistant jackets. These jackets are pressure extruded over the cable core, effectively locking the twisted pairs in place. This provides very stable electrical performance, even when the cables are impacted, bent or repeatedly flexed. Additional features include stranded conductors and dynamic operating temperatures up to at least 75°C.
