The NB201611-KIT01 is a rugged weatherproof enclosure that is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Constructed from molded halogen free self extinguishing fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP), it is well suited for high temperature or corrosive environments. The integral mounting flange allows it to be wall mounted as well as on a flat surface without the need for extra mounting hardware. The fully gasketed lid features a stainless steel continuous hinge and stainless steel quick release latches with padlock hasps. The light grey color of the NB201611-KIT is cleaner, cooler and aesthetically pleasing. Users can enjoy the physical benefits of better heat reflection and better UV resistance due to the lighter color. The contoured body provides an attractive and contemporary appearance. Due to the large size of this enclosure, it can accommodate dual sets of most access points. Blank Non-Metallic Starboard Mounting Plate Included with the NB201611-KIT01 is a blank non-metallic Starboard mounting plate. This is ideal for customers who intend to do their own special modifications to the plate. Also due to the plate being non-metallic, radio signals can pass in front and well as behind the enclosure without interference of a metallic mounting plate. The enclosure is also ideal for customers that need to do special modifications since there are no precut holes in this model. Optional Pole Mounting Kits Available on the L-com web site, these optional kits allows the enclosure to be mounted on poles ranging from 1.2 to 11 inches in diameter.
