The NPS2-26000-40000-A is a SPDT PIN diode switch designed for operation between 26 GHz and 40 GHz in absorptive applications such as radar, wireless, and laboratory test systems. It features a maximum insertion loss of 5 dB, minimum isolation of 30 dB, and a VSWR of 2.2 max. The device operates with a control voltage of ±5 V DC and a current draw of 10 mA and 70 mA for off and on states, respectively, with a maximum on/off delay of 500 ns. It uses TTL logic for control, with high for on and low or NC for off. The switch is housed in an aluminum case with gold plating and has 2.92 mm female RF connectors and feedthrough/terminal post power connectors. It measures 26 × 16 × 12 mm and is mounted via two 2.2 mm through-holes. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +70°C.
