NPDO-E is a phase-locked dielectric resonator oscillator designed for stable frequency generation from 1 to 32 GHz, with an output power of at least 13 dBm and an external reference input range of 50 to 300 MHz. It operates from a +12 VDC supply with a maximum current of 240 mA and includes a TTL lock indicator. Phase noise performance varies with frequency, ranging from -135 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz for 1 GHz to -104 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz for 32 GHz. The device is available in two mechanical outlines: Outline A for 1 to 16 GHz and Outline B for 16 to 32 GHz. It operates from -40 to +70°C and has a non-operating temperature range of -55 to +85°C. Spurious emissions are limited to -70 dBc maximum, and harmonics to -20 dBc maximum.
