Plastic Mounted Blocks are available with a variety of insert bearings to best suit your application. This plastic block and 52100 steel bearing combination is for use in heavy duty applications where grease can be used for corrosion protection. Additional protection can be achieved with a plastic end cover. Load and Speed capability depends on bearing used. End covers are available for all Mounted Blocks. They are designed to snap on and keep contaminants from entering the bearing. They are made out of FDA approved polypropylene.
