The 488nm laser wavelength is the principle laser for bio-fluorescence applications including flow cytometry, confocal microscopy and high throughput screening. However, many of these applications require diffraction limited TEM00 optical performance combined with extremely low optical noise and rock solid beam pointing stability over long time periods. The Blue Note delivers in every respect thanks to the KLASTECH’s proprietary intra-cavity impedance matching technology. What’s more, this laser achieves this whilst delivering Pitch Perfect locked single frequency longitudinal mode structure with a spectral spread of < <1MHz.
