The 2047 aluminum cover panel is designed for use with phenolic instrument cases, featuring a .062 inch (1.57 mm) thick 5052-H34 aluminum construction with a bright finished surface and protective tape. It measures 5.250 inches (133.4 mm) in length, 6.812 inches (173.0 mm) in width, and 2.312 inches (58.7 mm) in depth, compatible with a 6-32 brass insert case. The panel is sold separately from the case and can be machined to accommodate dials, switches, or displays.
