LJ-V7000 Smart High-Speed 2D/3D Laser Profiler The LJ-V7000 is a Smart High-Speed 2D/3D Laser Profiler for inline part inspection. Built-in measurements can allow part inspection data to be fed back instantly to your control system or profiles can be offloaded to a PC via Ethernet or USB for custom inspections. With a sampling rate of 64,000 profiles / second, the LJ-V7000 keeps up with just about any high-speed line you can throw at it. This is also the first 2D profiler to utilize a blue Class 2 laser. Coupled with KEYENCE's superior lensing and image processing algorithms, this sensor is able to provide superior profile quality without imposing additional safety hazards. The intuitive setup and diagnostics software lets you get the system up and running in a matter of minutes and an IP65 rated touch screen HMI gives you access right on the plant floor.
