The NPS3-20-18000-A is a SP3T absorptive PIN diode switch designed for RF applications including wireless, radar, and laboratory testing, operating from 0.02 to 18 GHz. It features a maximum insertion loss of 5 dB, minimum isolation of 60 dB, and a maximum VSWR of 2. The device requires +5 V and -5 V DC power with current draw of 120 mA and 50 mA respectively, and supports TTL control logic. Switching delay is 250 ns, with 50 Ω impedance and SMA female RF connectors. The housing is aluminum, measuring 40 × 25 × 12.5 mm, and it is mounted via four 2.8 mm through-holes. Operating temperature ranges from -45 °C to +85 °C, with non-operating storage from -55 °C to +125 °C.
