Johnson Controls / FRICK / YORK PROCESS SYSTEMS Frick® Refrigeration Receiver

Description
At Frick® by Johnson Controls, we offer refrigeration receivers designed for your specific needs. Whether you require vertical or horizontal vessel orientation, high pressure receivers, dedicated thermosyphon receivers or a combination of high pressure and thermosyphon together, we’ve got your refrigeration needs covered. Our high quality refrigeration receivers provide a storage location of high pressure liquid refrigerant to keep your system running smoothly. Some receivers are even designed to hold the entire system charge during times of extensive maintenance. Features and Benefits Receivers may feature: vertical or horizontal vessel orientation, general high pressure, dedicated thermosyphon, or combination high pressure/thermosypho n High pressure/thermosypho n receiver is designed and rated for the specified refrigerant and operating conditions All nozzle connections are sized according to industry standard criteria based on the refrigerant and specified operating conditions Frick® Coolware software allows custom rating of the receiver with various refrigerants, nozzle sizing based on maximum vessel capacity or specific capacity and modification of the nozzle locations (based on limitations) Pressure vessel and components are abrasively cleaned prior to assembly assuring a clean interior and maximum adhesion of the final exterior paint system The finished vessel is pressure tested to assure the integrity of all fabrication welds. It is vacuum dehydrated and charged with a 15 psi nitrogen charge for shipment and storage
